The Experiential Champion center on planning and managing curated events and activations of varying sizes, fit for different purposes to build a strong position for JLR House of Brands. Has an innate understanding of high-touch customer service and experience; a model and champion of Modern Luxury.



Events Management

  • Serve as JLR House of Brands lead on planning, logistics coordination, and implementation support for VIP events and other designated key events and activities; enforce key expectations and vision execution of JLR Modern Luxury principles.
  • Develop and manage all timelines, budgets, communication, and overall project management for events ranging from small in-house activities to large-scale productions.
  • Execute events from concept to completion including creative conceptualization, strategy, management, and oversight of every detail of the event management life cycle.
  • Scout vendor resources and possible partnerships that are tailor-fit and in line with JLR’s strategy, brand image & budget.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of events against KPI's and ensure that all events contribute to overall sales and marketing objectives, and lead pre and post-event briefings, and reporting.
  • Establish standard processes related to the execution of in-person events with an eye on creating efficiencies and increasing the quality of event execution. Be on the lookout for evolving methods to innovate the customer experience.
  • Maintains significant fiscal responsibilities, including internal budget monitoring, submitting POs, bill paying, vendor cost negotiation, and projecting and reconciling event revenue.
  • Source and curate guests across sectors and industries for each event through Salesforce database network as well as external network additions.
  • Develop and maintain a preferred vendor resource listing for catering and other common event services.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of campaigns (revenue, pipeline, leads, etc.) and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure high ROI generation.
  • Work cross functionally to develop and plan best practice strategies and ensure project taskforces are clear on deliverables, timelines and roles and responsibilities.


Marketing Support

  • Assist in generating event leads by identifying potential prospects to do outreach to, and monitoring lead referral sources to capitalize on the most successful channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders during events.
  • Ensure the brand identity and messaging are consistently applied across all brand-related activities.
  • Monitor and keep inventories of marketing collaterals, modules and materials, including distribution to Sales and other internal groups.
  • Comes up with a lot of new and unique ideas & is adaptable and flexible to changing business and needs. Easily makes connections among previously unrelated notions.
  • Develops an internal communication strategy that improves collaboration between teams, increases organizational effectiveness, builds engagement, and fosters a positive transparent culture.
