Job Title: FP&A Assistant Manager

Are you analytical, commercially minded, and motivated to turn numbers into meaningful business insights?
Join IC Automotive Inc. as an FP&A Assistant Manager, where you’ll play a critical role in supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the business. This role partners closely with senior leaders to drive informed decision-making and financial discipline in a fast-paced automotive environment.

What you’ll do

  • Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, highlighting variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with business units to understand drivers of performance and support commercial decision-making.
  • Monitor KPIs, margins, costs, and profitability across functions and entities.
  • Assist in cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and cost control initiatives.
  • Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment or business case evaluations.
  • Ensure data accuracy by coordinating with Accounting and other finance teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards.
  • Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by management.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:
  • A degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • With at least 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, including exposure to management reporting and forecasting.
  • With strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools, ERP, or financial systems is an advantage.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A confident communicator, able to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, following standard business hours.
