Job Title: FP&A Assistant Manager
What you’ll do
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Analyze monthly financial performance, highlighting variances, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with business units to understand drivers of performance and support commercial decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, margins, costs, and profitability across functions and entities.
- Assist in cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, and cost control initiatives.
- Support financial modeling, scenario analysis, and investment or business case evaluations.
- Ensure data accuracy by coordinating with Accounting and other finance teams.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and reporting standards.
- Support ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as required by management.
About you
- A degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- With at least 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis, including exposure to management reporting and forecasting.
- With strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools, ERP, or financial systems is an advantage.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A confident communicator, able to work effectively with finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, following standard business hours.
