Finance Systems Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation and integration of financial software systems, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility with existing systems.
• Administer financial software include system mapping table to meet the organization's specific needs and requirements, maintaining the user role to avoid SOD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and finance, to identify system improvements and enhancements, any change requests / enhancements / updates / performance issues.
• Provide training and support to end-users on financial systems and processes.
• Develop/maintain documentation, including user guides and training materials, for financial systems and processes.
• Troubleshoot and collaborate with IT consultant to resolve system issues and errors in a timely manner whilst working with finance team to ensure timely closure & communication.
• Monitoring of system integration cockpit and ensure error resolve timely.
• Ensure compliance with global finance standards template, company policy, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
• SAP certified a must
• 5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial systems.
• Proven experience with financial software implementation and maintenance, such as SAP,
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
