The Financial Services Lead at Inchcape Philippines is a pivotal role focused on overseeing and enhancing the financial services operations within the organization. This position involves strategic leadership, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations to support the company's growth and financial health.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Strategic Leadership:**

• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on financial matters, providing insights to drive business growth and performance.

**Financial Operations Management:**

• Oversee the delivery of financial services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

**Team Leadership:**

• Lead and develop a team of financial service professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

**Process Improvement:**

• Identify areas for process enhancement within financial operations, implementing solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**Risk Management:**

• Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

**Financial Reporting:**

• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management to support strategic decision-making.

**Stakeholder Collaboration:**

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers and clients, to maintain strong relationships and address financial service needs.

**Qualifications:**

**Educational Background:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are advantageous.

**Experience:**

• At least 5 years of proven experience in financial services delivery, with a track record of managing teams and achieving operational excellence. Background in shared services or outsourcing operations is a plus.

**Industry Knowledge:**

• Deep understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations, preferably within the automotive or retail sectors.

**Leadership Skills:**

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

**Communication Skills:**

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining client relationships.

**Analytical Abilities:**

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic decisions.
