The Head of Inchcape GBS will be accountable for the Service Delivery and Operations of the in-scope process areas, working in partnership with Central Finance Transformation, Global Process Owners, Finance leaders, and external third parties (as needed) to determine requirements, and ensure all end-to-end processes deliver on Finance and GBS goals and finance business process optimisation.
Working with the Global Business Services Director as part of the wider Global Finance Transformation team, the Head of Inchcape GBS will maintain effective process delivery in line with the Service Partnership Framework.
Ensuring that Global Transformation Programmes are supported and delivered with associated efficiencies, and Continuous Improvement Leads to identify areas for realisation of efficiency targets.

Present (when required) complex, detailed process related content summarised to the appropriate level relevant to senior stakeholders in the organisation up to and including the GET.
skills and Experience required:
+15 years of experience supervising teams.
Experience in Shared Services, fast-moving consumer Goods (FMCG) companies, experience in the Automotive sector is valued and experience working in a multinational and multicultural environment.
Strong collaboration and partnership mindset, ability to work in a matrix organisation. Cultural awareness/understanding; agile in adapting approach to optimise working relationships.
Delivery focussed mindset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse and cross-functional teams.
Experience of complex, fragmented finance systems landscapes.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Operations Management or a related field.
Specialization and/or master's degree in financial or administrative areas.
