Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering seamless learning experiences through systems and data?
Join IC Automotive Inc. as an LMS Specialist (Training Administrator), where you’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning programs across the organization. You will ensure smooth training operations by managing end-to-end administration, maintaining accurate records, and enabling high-quality learning experiences for employees and stakeholders.

What you’ll do

  • Manage end-to-end training administration, including sending invitations, tracking registrations, and following up with participants.
  • Support trainers with logistics and act as the primary point of contact during training sessions.
  • Create and distribute feedback forms (e.g., Microsoft Forms) and consolidate results.
  • Track attendance and maintain accurate training records in LMS or tracking systems (e.g., Cintellate).
  • Prepare and present training reports and dashboards, summarizing participation, feedback, and key insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality across all training records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and system partners to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Maintain and update learning systems, ensuring all data is aligned with reporting and compliance requirements.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:
  • With 1–2 years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, or LMS support.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel (advanced), PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and SharePoint.
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or training platforms (e.g., Skillcast, Cintellate) is an advantage.
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Flexible to work within a 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM window (Manila time), Monday to Friday.
