SUMMARY

An opportunity has arisen for a passionate and detail-oriented Learning & Development- Learning Management Services Specialist to join our Regional Team. In this role you draw upon your strength to provide support including program and course maintenance, access management for users including the core learning management system (as applicable). This role will partner with other teams within Talent and Development and People Teams as required to deliver on requirements.

The Learning & Development- Learning Management Services Specialist will provide Learning Management Services for Successful program outcomes across E2E experience and execute operational tasks, management of our primary learning management system (as applicable), and other external learning platforms that Inchcape offers our learners. ESSENTIAL DUTIES

As the Learning & Development- Learning Management Services Specialist, you will apply your experience and knowledge in Learning Administration, Program Management, and critical/analytical thinking skills to deliver on the following responsibilities:

 

  • Provide all types (face-to-face, online, hybrid, internal or external) of L&D programme admin including scheduling, logistics, evaluation, attendance recording and reporting with standardize processes and procedures.
  • Support Global Skillcast and other Inchcape vendor partners’ training admin and recording.
  • Support L&D related sponsorship and funding from Government or local institution in alignment with local finance and People team.
  • Provide learning management services using applicable tools (e.g. MS forms/ Cintellate)
  • Perform maintenance of learning courseware, programs, and catalogue administration tasks.
  • Process LMS (as applicable) access requests for learners.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities of LMS (as applicable) processes and functionality (as agreed and approved)
  • Deliver customer focused processes to support seamless systems support between stakeholders, team members, internal and external customers.
  • Achieve the delivery of the defined project activities, escalating unanticipated variations for approval.
  • Communicate and ensure understanding of agreed project objectives with relevant parties.
  • Ensure consistent application of general Inchcape operating systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with peer groups and key internal stakeholders.
  • Utilize regional & global process tools and templates for all work activities.
  • Analyze, identify, and communicate LMS system and business requirements to key stakeholders.
  • Generate, analyze, and distribute LMS data reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide cluster/market L&D management services and admin support in agreement with Director T&D, APAC and Cluster/Market People directors.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Essential

  • High attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to plan, prioritize and deliver results in a busy environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Learning Management System and Learning administration experience
  • Flexible arrangement and can manage core working hours between 6am to 6pm shift, M-F (Manila Time)

 

High Desirable

  • Business partnering skills to influence and lead the conversation based on insights.
  • Experience in virtual delivery platforms and technology.
  • Experienced using Articulate highly desirable.

 

Licensure and Certification

  • Admin certification on SAP - Desirable
  • Certification/s from other LMS (Cypher, Docebo, Cornerstone) – Big Plus
