ESSENTIAL DUTIES

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and detail-oriented People Services Specialist to join our Regional Team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering timely and high-quality People Services support across APAC markets, with a primary support on the Philippines market.
Your dedication to fostering a positive workplace culture, along with your ability to support customers and stakeholders in navigating their HR needs, will be essential to driving our continued success.

Role accountabilities:
• Manage employee movements, including job transfers, promotions, role changes, departmental moves, and other employment status updates.
• Prepare and issue letters and notifications in accordance with established process workflows.
• Manage requests through the ManageEngine ticketing system, ensuring progress is tracked, cases are well documented, and appropriate resolutions are provided.
• Maintain and organize employee documents in line with established procedures to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Handle private and government insurance enrolment for the Philippines region.
• Collaborate with other People Teams and departments, offering support as needed.
• Manage incentive computation across the APAC region, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• 3-5 years of experience in People/HR role.
• Ability to prioritize and complete workload within deadlines.
• Exhibits emerging teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Effective communication with employees and managers at all levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft and success factor (SAP) applications and general computer skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to organizational rules and processes.
• Capable of working independently while meeting service quality and turnaround objectives.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data quality standards.
