What you’ll do
- Provide high-quality, end-to-end HR transactional and administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
- Manage and resolve employee queries through various intake channels, ensuring timely and accurate case closure.
- Verify data completeness and accuracy for employee and organizational transactions.
- Log, track, and maintain cases using HR ticketing or case management systems.
- Follow up on pending requests, retaining ownership while ensuring confidentiality and data privacy.
- Support operational HR transactions using defined processes, tools, and documentation standards.
- Assist with the implementation and adherence to HR governance policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with People Services team members and HR stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR guidelines, systems, and business processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and share suggestions with leaders.
About you
- A graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or Shared Services.
- Experienced in working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors is an advantage but not required).
- Experienced in using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Zendesk (an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and HR practices (advantage).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and highly reliable.
- A strong communicator with excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup, following flexible time, Monday to Friday schedule (Manila time).
