Join our APAC People Services Team as a SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant, where you’ll play a critical role in transforming HR data into actionable insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the Asia Pacific region. This role is ideal for a highly technical SuccessFactors expert who enjoys solving complex problems, leading integrations, and partnering with stakeholders to elevate HR capability.

What you’ll do

  • Serve as the advanced subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing system troubleshooting, operational support, and optimization across modules.
  • Lead data extraction, reporting, and performance optimization within the HRIS environment.
  • Own data mapping, validation, reconciliation, and migration activities for system integrations, new module implementations, and vendor interfaces.
  • Manage and deliver reporting and HRIS enhancement projects, including requirements gathering, scope definition, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex HR reports and dashboards, including multi-source and strategic analytics outputs.
  • Oversee report governance, security, and access controls to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Proactively perform advanced workforce data analysis, identifying trends, root causes, and opportunities across workforce planning, talent, and employee experience.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, prescriptive recommendations and executive-ready presentations for senior leadership.
  • Champion data governance and compliance, ensuring alignment with APAC data privacy and regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPA and local variants).
  • Provide mentoring, training, and technical guidance to HR partners and team members on reporting tools and data interpretation.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will be:
  • With 5+ years of progressive experience working with SAP SuccessFactors in a regional or global organization.
  • Certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), with strong hands-on capability supporting additional modules.
  • Experienced in operational support and troubleshooting across RCM, Onboarding, Time Off, Time Sheet, and LMS.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and analytical functions.
  • Strongly skilled in data modeling, relational databases, and system integrations.
  • Experienced in using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik to build interactive dashboards and analytical models.
  • A strong analytical and critical thinker with proven experience leading data reconciliation and integration activities.
  • Capable of managing multiple projects independently, meeting deadlines, and balancing stakeholder expectations.
Nice to have
  • Experience with additional SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Reporting, Integration Center).
  • Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R for advanced data manipulation.
  • Familiarity with APAC labor laws and HR data privacy regulations.
