What you’ll do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through proactive selling of used vehicles.
- Welcome and engage customers in the showroom, marketing displays, and other sales touchpoints.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable vehicle options.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives, explaining key features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing, trade-in values, and assist with financing arrangements.
- Ensure vehicles are properly displayed, clean, and ready for sale and online listings.
- Monitor inventory availability and ensure alignment with daily showroom stock reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) standards.
- Manage the full sales process—from reservation to vehicle release—ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure all required documents are signed prior to release.
- Provide timely updates on sales pipeline, delivery status, and customer interactions.
About you
- A college graduate (Business or related field preferred).
- Open to fresh graduates or with relevant sales experience (automotive or luxury products experience is an advantage).
- Knowledgeable in product presentation, negotiation, and sales techniques.
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven.
- Highly attentive, ethical, and self-motivated.
- Passionate about automobiles and delivering great customer experiences.
