KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Support month-end related activities including management reporting and consolidation for selected entities
  • Support planning, forecasting, and annual budgeting
  • Support variance analysis (including but not limited to P&L/Bal Sheet/Capex/ESG) by working closely with other finance team members and other stakeholders to provide meaningful insights
  • Support overhead and capex cost control activities
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to obtain required inputs for all submissions (actual/forecast/budget/adhoc)
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliverables including reporting, forecasting/budgeting, and analysis
  • Support process improvement projects using Business Intelligence tools or forecasting tools or such similar platforms as assigned
  • Support cross functional projects relating to new business developments, cost control or any ad-hoc commercial decision support
  • Support any other related duties or projects as assigned from time to time

 

 

KEY TECHNICAL SKILLS

 

  • Degree in Accounting or Finance-related field or qualified CA
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (mandatory)
  • At least 3 years of accounting and finance-related experience in a dynamic and fast paced organization (preferably in MNC and not more than 10 total years of experience)
  • Highly proficient in English (both verbal and written)
  • Prior experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) will be an added advantage
  • Prior experience in Business Intelligence (BI) tools, forecasting tool, and/or SAP/ERP systems will be an added advantage
