Purpose of role
This role sits within the People Services – Payroll Services structure in APAC and will be subject matter expert and payroll process lead for multiple assigned markets. For these assigned markets, you will be the go-to person for team internally on payroll operations, compliance and reporting issue. This role will support the senior manager and work with the team to develop payroll checklists and process documentation, drive process standardisation and continuous process improvements. This role works closely with other HR colleagues in People Services, HRBPs and COE colleagues ensuring alignment to global and regional direction in policies and processes.
This role may from time to time , be assigned markets to support full payroll operations, compliance and reporting, handling payroll queries .

Mergers & Acquisitions – Work with Global and Regional HR integration managers to support the acquisitions and new market implementations as assigned. |

Policy and Processes – Collaborate with other members of the Global and Regional HR team, Tax, IT, Legal, and Finance, ensuring effective communication, prioritization, execution, and adherence to established company policies and procedures as they related to Payroll. |
