Job Title: Service Advisor
What you’ll do
- Greet customers professionally and assist them with vehicle service and repair concerns.
- Receive vehicles, conduct initial inspections, and accurately document customer concerns.
- Prepare clear and accurate job orders, repair estimates, and service recommendations.
- Coordinate closely with Technicians and Service Supervisors to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Explain repair findings, maintenance requirements, costs, and timelines to customers clearly.
- Monitor job progress and update customers on repair status and completion.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing accuracy, and service history updates.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Promote additional services or products aligned with customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Follow company policies, manufacturer standards, and customer service guidelines.
About you
- A graduate of any business, automotive, or technical-related course.
- With at least 1–2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing aftersales role (automotive industry preferred).
- Knowledgeable in basic automotive systems, service processes, and repair terminology.
- Customer-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple service cases simultaneously.
- Comfortable using computer systems for job orders, invoicing, and service records.
- Able to maintain professionalism when dealing with challenging customer situations.
- Willing to work onsite and extend working hours as operationally required.
