Job Title: Brand Strategy and Management Manager

Role Purpose
The Brand Strategy and Management Manager is responsible for leading the overall brand marketing direction of Mercedes-Benz in Inchcape Philippines. This role ensures alignment between OEM brand standards and local market execution, driving effective campaigns that support both sales and aftersales performance. The role also oversees brand budget management and ensures consistent, high-quality execution across dealer and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
- Own and drive the overall brand marketing strategy and calendar aligned with business priorities and commercial targets.
- Translate OEM/global brand direction into localized, actionable marketing plans.
- Develop annual and quarterly brand marketing plans to support vehicle sales and aftersales growth.
- Ensure consistent brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity across all channels.
Marketing Execution & Governance
- Lead campaign development from briefing to execution in collaboration with internal functional teams and external partners.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, aftersales, digital, CRM) to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Monitor campaign execution and ensure adherence to brand standards and timelines.
- Conduct regular brand marketing orientations for all team members supporting Mercedes-Benz.
Budget Management
- Manage and optimize the brand marketing budget across all activities and channels.
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI and business impact.
- Track spend versus plan and provide regular financial updates to stakeholders.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Develop and present regular reports on brand and campaign performance to Inchcape stakeholders and OEM partners.
- Analyze marketing effectiveness and recommend optimizations based on data and insights.
- Establish KPIs and track performance across awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversion.
Dealer & Network Management
- Provide dealers with annual marketing guidelines aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Develop and manage marketing agreements with dealer partners.
- Review and approve dealer-led marketing campaigns and activations.
- Support dealer initiatives to drive showroom traffic and sales conversion.
- Conduct monthly business reviews with dealers to assess marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Lead quarterly and monthly alignment sessions with dealer networks and third-party partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 7–10 years of experience in brand management, preferably in automotive or premium/luxury brands
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, digital platforms, and campaign management
- Experience working with global brands or OEMs is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable business results
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
