PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

As the Talent Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and leading a high-performing talent sourcing team in the Philippines. Your primary focus will be to attract top-tier talent, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates for critical roles in the APAC region.

 

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Team Leadership:

  • Build and manage a talented sourcing team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship.
  • Define team goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to drive success.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, People Business Partners to align sourcing strategies.

Sourcing Strategy:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates.
  • Leverage market insights to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor practices.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Engage with candidates through personalized outreach and targeted messaging.
  • Build strong relationships with potential hires, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Pipeline Development:

  • Proactively build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align sourcing efforts with specific roles and skill sets.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools or platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency.

Data-Driven Approach:

  • Track sourcing metrics (conversion rates, time-to-fill, etc.) and analyze data to optimize strategies.
  • Use data insights to refine sourcing techniques and improve overall recruitment outcomes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant talent acquisition experience
  • Experience of managing offshore sourcing team is a must.
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms, e.g., LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Highly resilient and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good command of English
