What you’ll do

The position is responsible for developing and maintaining talent pipelines for critical roles across the APAC region, continuously updating and expanding these pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs. It also includes tracking and analyzing conversion metrics from initial engagement through qualified leads to optimize sourcing strategies using data-driven insights. Promoting the employer brand is a key responsibility, ensuring every candidate interaction reflects a positive and professional experience. Additionally, the role requires conducting detailed talent mapping across APAC to identify high-potential individuals, monitor their career progression, and assess suitability for future leadership opportunities. Maintaining an accurate and organized candidate database is essential, including tracking candidate progress, interactions, and ensuring data integrity within the recruitment system.
 

About you

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, ideally with retained search experience.
Proficiency in using social media platforms, e.g., LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with candidates, team members, hiring managers, and external partners.
Highly resilient and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good command of English
