What you'll do

As a Level III Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repair solutions that support Jaguar Land Rover's commitment to customer excellence. You will apply advanced technical expertise to diagnose complex vehicle concerns, perform repairs to manufacturer standards, and contribute to workshop productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform advanced diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work on Jaguar Land Rover vehicles in accordance with manufacturer standards and repair procedures.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle systems using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Complete vehicle inspections and accurately identify required repairs and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in line with Jaguar Land Rover quality standards.
• Accurately document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, and workshop activities.
• Support workshop productivity targets by completing repairs within established timeframes.
• Maintain compliance with warranty, health and safety, and workshop operational requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors, Parts personnel, and fellow Technicians to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Assist in mentoring and supporting junior technicians when required.
• Participate in technical training and continuously develop product and diagnostic knowledge.

About you

We're looking for a highly skilled automotive professional with a passion for technical excellence and continuous learning.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Vocational Diploma, Technical Certification, or Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic and repair capabilities.
• Previous experience working with premium automotive brands is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle systems.
• Knowledge of manufacturer repair procedures, workshop practices, and automotive technologies.
• Experience using computerized diagnostic equipment and workshop management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality workmanship.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workshop environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles.
