What you'll do
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, servicing, and repair work on Mercedes-Benz vehicles.
- Conduct accurate vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic concerns using manufacturer-approved procedures.
- Utilize Mercedes-Benz diagnostic systems, special tools, and technical information to identify and resolve vehicle issues.
- Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards.
- Perform quality checks and road tests to ensure repairs comply with Mercedes-Benz and company requirements.
- Communicate technical findings, repair recommendations, and job status updates to Service Advisors and supervisors.
- Maintain accurate documentation of repairs performed, parts utilized, and diagnostic findings.
- Ensure proper use, maintenance, and care of workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
- Adhere to Mercedes-Benz standards, workplace safety requirements, and company policies.
- Participate in technical certification programs and continuously develop product knowledge and technical expertise.
About you
- A graduate of Automotive Technology, Mechanical Technology, Automotive Servicing, or a related technical course.
- With at least 2–3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance; premium or luxury vehicle experience is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in automotive mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic systems.
- Skilled in using computerized diagnostic equipment and workshop tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a high-performance workshop environment.
- Committed to quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
- Holder of a valid driver's license.
- Willing to work onsite and render overtime when operationally required.
