JOB SUMMARY
The Parts Warehouseman is responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking activities; stores and distributes materials / spare parts; maintains inventory and stock records; invoice processing and perform related work as required.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Warehouse Management
- Receives and inspects all incoming materials and reconciles with purchase orders; processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders; reports, documents and tracks damages and discrepancies on orders received.
- Prepare documents pertinent to the Department’s operation and maintain files (e.g. Receiving Report, Parts Issuance, Returns, Invoicing etc).
- Stocks items in proper storage areas assuring that they are stored properly to minimize damage and that no safety or fire issues exist.
- Check and recommend items for stock replenishment
- Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, delivery, warranties and in stock.
- Provides feed backing mechanism on all stock transfer request.
- Ensure proper monitoring of all Parts Return / Damage and defective parts.
- Maintains the warehouse area in a neat and orderly manner

- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service.
Customer Service
- Provide High-level of workshop supprt
Safety and Security
- Communicates unsafe conditions or accidents/injuries to superior on order to facilitate prompt correction or reporting
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Preferably College Graduate, Business or Technical Course
