Job Title: Warehouseman / Partsman
What you’ll do
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming automotive parts against delivery documents.
- Store, label, and organize parts in accordance with warehouse layout and safety standards.
- Issue parts accurately to Service Technicians, Advisors, and other authorized personnel.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory systems.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and assist in annual inventory audits.
- Report stock discrepancies, damaged items, shortages, and slow-moving parts promptly.
- Handle returned, warranty, and defective parts following company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse at all times.
- Coordinate with Parts, Service, and Purchasing teams to ensure timely availability of parts.
About you
- At least a High School Graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
- With 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, inventory, or parts handling (automotive experience is a plus).
- Knowledgeable in basic automotive parts and warehouse procedures.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks such as lifting and prolonged standing.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Honest with a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
- Able to use basic computer applications (inventory systems, MS Excel is an advantage).
- Willing to render overtime when operationally required.
