Our Strategy & Sustainability team is seeking a Sustainability Project Coordinator to help turn strategic ambition into action. You’ll work closely with global and regional teams to deliver key initiatives, foster stakeholder engagement, and enable performance tracking across the business.
What you’ll do:
As a Sustainability Project Coordinator, you will:
- Lead the coordination of global sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment and consistent regional execution.
- Manage the annual sustainability reporting process, including ESG factsheets and disclosures, in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key sustainability KPIs and support executive reporting.
- Engage with ESG rating agencies and indices, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Partner with Communications teams to design and implement internal and external sustainability campaigns.
- Support the development of playbooks and graphic assets for sustainability materials.
- Keep core platforms (corporate website, investor section, internal decks) updated with engaging content.
- Facilitate Sustainability Committee meetings, including agenda setting, briefing documents, and follow-ups.
About you
To be successful in this role, you’ll be:
- Experienced in sustainability, corporate affairs, strategy, or business development.
- Passionate about ESG topics and their impact across environmental, social, and governance areas.
- Skilled in project management, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working across teams, departments, and cultures.
- A clear communicator, able to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Proactive and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments.
- Confident engaging with senior leaders and external partners.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
