Inchcape Digital is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant to support a high-impact, global IT and Digital transformation initiative. This role is suited for a senior consultant who can operate across strategy, execution, and senior stakeholder engagement within complex, technology-driven environments.

This role is focused on IT and Digital operations only (software engineering, platforms, cloud, product, and technology services).

What You’ll Do

• Lead global continuous improvement initiatives across IT and Digital teams
• Assess and optimize technology delivery and operating models (SDLC, Agile, DevOps, Cloud)
• Design and embed scalable processes, governance, and performance metrics
• Facilitate senior leadership workshops (process mapping, value stream mapping, root cause analysis)
• Define and track KPIs / OKRs to measure operational effectiveness
• Partner closely with senior technology leaders across multiple regions
• Drive adoption through change management, coaching, and stakeholder alignment

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience as a Senior Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence Consultant in IT or Digital environments
• Hands-on experience in digital platforms, cloud transformation, and/or enterprise Agile at scale
• Proven background working within global or multi-region technology organizations
• Deep understanding of technology-led operating models (SDLC, DevOps, Cloud, Product)
• Expertise in Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or hybrid improvement frameworks
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior and C-level stakeholders
• Ability to work independently in a project-based or consultancy engagement

Contract Options

• 12-month project-based contract
• Consultancy-based engagement (independent consultants only)
• Flexible location (within the Philippines or Colombia only)
