What is the opportunity?

Reporting to the online Sales and Customer Care Manager you will be a people-person with a brilliant and consistent work ethic. You will have a knack for sales leadership and coaching and will be able to demonstrate that you are the best-of-the-best based on personal results and ability.


Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Managing leads
  • Outbound follow up calls
  • Conduct lead generation and sales calls
  • Manage the resolution of customer issues
  • Build client base by contacting potential customers
  • Monitor the market and advise management of any changes in competition, product availability and related matters


The ideal candidate will have:

  • A full driver's licence and sound driving record
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Superior communication skills with he ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
