What is the opportunity?
Reporting to the online Sales and Customer Care Manager you will be a people-person with a brilliant and consistent work ethic. You will have a knack for sales leadership and coaching and will be able to demonstrate that you are the best-of-the-best based on personal results and ability.
Further to the above the duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Managing leads
- Outbound follow up calls
- Conduct lead generation and sales calls
- Manage the resolution of customer issues
- Build client base by contacting potential customers
- Monitor the market and advise management of any changes in competition, product availability and related matters
The ideal candidate will have:
- A full driver's licence and sound driving record
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Superior communication skills with he ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
