About the Role

We’re looking for a Service Desk & Field Support Lead to manage and support our on-site technical teams across Europe & Africa. This role ensures smooth IT operations, security, and adherence to company policies while providing high-quality technical support.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage the support team, conduct performance reviews, and provide training.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure efficient IT support, resolve complex issues, and document activities.
  • Project Coordination: Work with the Global Digital Workplace team on IT initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance IT support procedures and implement best practices.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships and manage expectations.
  • Reporting: Communicate service quality using SLAs & KPIs.

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years in IT support, including 4+ years in a leadership role.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred).
  • Certifications in ITIL V4, Agile methodologies, cybersecurity, or network management (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SAP, cloud services, security, and ITSM platforms.
  • Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft, Cisco, Azure, and AWS.
  • Experience managing technical projects, security policies, and IT infrastructure.

 

Additional Details

  • Some after-hours work may be required for global meetings.
  • Collaborate with Global IT teams, security leads, and service managers.
