Assistant Manager, Finance Business Partner

Role Overview

We’re looking for a commercially savvy and analytically strong Finance Business Partner to join our Vehicle Sales team on a 6-month contract, covering a maternity leave. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with Sales and senior leadership to provide financial insights, support strategic decisions, and help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for Vehicle Sales.
• Prepare and present monthly management reports, analyzing performance against forecasts.
• Facilitate bi-weekly pricing discussions to align decisions with business goals.
• Provide insights into COE trends and bidding strategies using competitor data.
• Support new business development through investment case preparation and reporting setup.
• Drive process improvement initiatives including BI reporting and automation.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational needs.
• Engage with Sales Directors, Finance Director, and Country Managing Director on strategic matters.

Core Skills & Competencies:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/CA preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and operational insight.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and lead change initiatives.
