What you’ll do
• Administer policy servicing inclusive of liaising with partners for underwriting,
claims, service support, etc.
• Attend to enquiries and feedback of internal and external stakeholders at all
channels; inbound, outbound, emails, etc.
• Handle General Insurance Association Of Singapore (GIA) related
administration e.g., CPD hours, registration, deregistration of agents, etc.
• Manage training schedule, conduct and deliver training/briefing for processes,
products, campaigns, etc.
• Manage relationship with partners and stakeholders.
• Conceptualize, develop and execute promotional activities and marketing
campaigns.
• Organize website content and activities i.e., maintenance, analytics and
content writing.
• Identify opportunities for new business development.
• Assist in User Acceptance Test (UAT).
• Undertake any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned.
About you
• Minimum Diploma in Business or any general discipline
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in General Insurance
• Certification in General Insurance i.e., Basic Concepts and Principles, Personal General Insurance, Commercial General Insurance & Health Insurance
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Comfortable with learning and adapting to new systems and transformation.
• Strong stakeholders’ engagement skills, organizational skills, and communication skills
• Resourceful, meticulous, fast, and accurate
• Service oriented, objective driven, team player, disciplined and organised.
• Able to work well in a team setting, results-driven and fast-paced environment
