Work Location: Inchcape Centre, 2 Pandan Crescent, Singapore 128462

Division: Customer Relation 

Work Schedule: 5 days roster between Monday to Sunday, 8.00am - 5.30pm

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Work with all stakeholders to assist in maintaining high level of customer experience standards
  • Answer or make calls to customers to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products and/or services
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel valued
  • Provide excellent and consistent level of customer service
  • Making sales or recommendations for products or services that may better suit client needs
  • Key role involves performing outbound calls to existing customers to remind customers of their upcoming vehicle maintenance and invite customers to book their appointments early

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Preferably with a Diploma in Commerce or relevant field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a customer care specialist in a Contact Centre or Tele-marketing environment
  • Excellent customer services skills and pleasant telephone etiquette
  • Possess strong accountability to high quality of service
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Sales Force CRM / Digital transformation will be a plus
