What you’ll do

 

You will serve as a member of the Singapore Leadership Team, working cross-functionally with Sales, Aftersales, Finance, Retail, and Corporate Communications to drive brand strength, demand generation, and profitable growth across the full customer ownership lifecycle. You will lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance culture and building future-ready marketing capabilities.

 

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligned with sales team and brand direction.
  • Build and protect brand equity across all consumer touchpoints including social media, retail, events, print, broadcast, and out of home media.
  • Provide regular update to OEM & leadership team on marketing performance and ROI

 

Product Marketing & Launch Management

  • Lead planning, development, and execution of new model launches for Toyota, Lexus, and other Inchcape-represented brands.
  • Oversee product positioning, messaging frameworks, showroom materials, and campaign assets.
  • Partner with Sales and Aftersales teams to support product demand and lifecycle marketing.

 

Retail & Experiential Marketing

  • Drive showroom experience enhancements, including brand merchandising, signage, customer flow, and in store communication.
  • Oversee events, test-drive showcases, owner engagement activities, and brand activations.
  • Ensure strong alignment between retail operations and brand experience expectations.

 

Media & Public Relations

  • Oversee all public relations activities, including media engagement, press releases, briefing materials, spokesperson preparation, and crisis communication support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media partners, journalists, and PR agencies to secure quality coverage and amplify brand storytelling.
  • Oversee above the line (ATL) and below the line (BTL) communications, public relations, and brand storytelling.

 

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Focus on retaining existing customer base & expanding new customers, formulate end to end customer lifecycle engagement strategies to help sales team to maximize opportunities
  • Parter with the retail team to shape the customer journey across pre purchase, purchase, and ownership stages.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behaviour to guide brand decisions.
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize resource allocation.

 

 

About you

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
  • Strong background in brand management, product marketing, retail experience, or automotive/consumer industry.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, brand storytelling, and project management capabilities.
