What you’ll do
Policy & Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring smooth process flows and compliance Administer policy servicing inclusive of liaising with partners for underwriting, claims, service support, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with policy docs and underwriting.
- Work closely with stakeholders to align vehicle launch with premium.
- Prepare and submit reports related to policy sales, renewals, and team performance.
- Responsible for monthly SE performance reports.
- Responsible for monthly EHS submission & monthly site reviews
Customer Management
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt and professional service.
- Oversee customer service quality and service levels.
- Manage cases/feedback, both internal & external inclusive of feedback management
- Collaborate with stakeholders on complaint handling.
- Resolve complaints and maintain strong customer relationships.
Business Development
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to cross-sell or upsell insurance products.
- Assist in designing marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales.
- Analyze market conditions and competitor offerings to recommend product enhancements.
- Assume overall responsibility to set-up digital marketing strategy to drive online business growth.
- Evaluate market trending and competitiveness to maximize growth and drive operational improvements.
- Responsible for full value chain of activities
- Prepare monthly pipeline that will lead to closure and meeting monthly key performance indicators.
- Effective collaborations with internal and external stakeholders
Sales Marketing
- Responsible for lead generation and sales cycle.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, converting leads into sales.
- Participate in all roadshows & campaign drives to amass leads and generate sales
Project Management
- Support/lead in projects.
- Assist in User Acceptance Test (UAT)
GIA & Training management
- Manage training schedule, conduct, and deliver training/briefing for processes, products, campaigns, etc. inclusive of sales induction.
- Handle GIA related administration e.g., CPD hours, registration, deregistration of agents, etc.
- Ensure yearly CPD hours are fulfilled for license renewal.
- Ensure compliance in accordance with agency management framework.
- Assist in internal audits and regulatory reviews.
Others
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties and activities as assigned.
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing or any other general discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in General Insurance
- Certification in General Insurance i.e., Basic Concepts and Principles, Personal General Insurance, Commercial General Insurance & Health Insurance
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
- Comfortable with learning and adapting to new systems and transformation.
- Strong stakeholders’ engagement skills, organizational skills, and communication skills
- Resourceful, meticulous, fast, and accurate
- Service oriented, objective driven, team player, disciplined and organised.
- Able to work well in a team setting, results-driven and fast-paced environment.
