Responsibilities:

  • Handling of parts purchase enquiries from external customers
  • Provide parts quotation to wholesales customers
  • Price analysis and negotiation 
  • Market intelligence gathering
  • Relationship management of key customer accounts
  • Processing of parts purchase orders from wholesales customers
  • Monitor shipment arrival status of customers’ orders, invoicing and scheduling of goods collection/shipment
  • Monitoring of payment receivable from customers
  • Management of damaged and shortage goods claim by customers
  • Processing of credit notes 

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in the automotive or related industries
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently
