Job Description

• Supervision and Management: Oversee a team of technicians or mechanics, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback. 

• Quality Control: Ensure work is completed to high standards, conducting inspections and implementing quality control procedures. 

• Scheduling and Coordination: Develop and manage work schedules, coordinate tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects. 

• Maintenance and Safety: Oversee maintenance of equipment and tools, enforce safety regulations, and ensure a safe working environment. 

• Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Diagnose and repair equipment and vehicles, and resolve operational issues. 

• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage costs and also warranties claims.

• Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear communication with staff, management, and other departments, and provide regular reports on workshop performance. 

• Training and Development: Train new employees on proper procedures and safety protocols. 

• Administrative Tasks: Handle paperwork, maintain records, and update documentation. 

• Customer Interaction: May interact with customers to address concerns and provide information. 

Job Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge and skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment with more than 5 years experience.

• Has experience in managing technicians

• Basic computer skills, including experience with relevant software. 

• Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organisation

• Work well under pressure and tight deadlines

• Language ability English and Mandarin

• Possession of class 3 driving license is a MUST
