Job Responsibilities

  • To check and ensure the quality of vehicle leaving the work bay (IPQC) and workshop.
  • Work with Workshop Supervisor to maintain workshop and gov EH&S requirements.
  • To maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Ensure on time delivery of repair vehicle.
  • To maintain own labour Productivity, Utilization and OT/Hrs sold.
  • Ensure all Body respray work is carries out by using TMC standard or Paint Manufactures Repair manner.
  • Contribution of Kaizen Idea.         

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in the industry.
  • Certified with Toyota TEAM Paint Step 1-3.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skill on Paint Application, Dry Sanding techniques, Plastic (PU) parts and complete car painting, replicate ‘OEM’ surf texture and fine-colour mixing pearlescent.  
  • Excellent work relation with MCA and Workshop Supervisor to resolve customer issue.
  • Valid Driving License.
