APAC Regional Director of Strategy and Transformation
Overall job purpose:

This role plays a key role to lead and optimise Inchcape’s Technology execution strategy to deliver long term commercial growth for the region. Works closely with the Director of Transformation & Performance to develop the technology roadmap for the region.
As a member of the Global Commercial Leadership Team and will work closely with the global Platforms and Digital Delivery Centres to deliver quality and cost-effective services that are compliant with group standards.
The scope of technology solutions includes Solution Delivery, ERP Implementations, Security, Service Delivery and infrastructure.

Own the Technology roadmap for the APAC region that is aligned with Distribution Excellence roadmap.
Working closely with the APAC Regional Transformation Director and the Global Platform Leaders deliver a class leading digital experience for customers, OEMs, and staff through the adoption of DXP, DAP, ERP, and DMS.
Provide technology sponsorship and leadership for new initiatives within the APAC region e.g. Vehicle Lifecycle Services programmes, GBS, PeopleHub etc.
Working closely with the Platform leaders to deliver highly efficient technology operations globally and in local markets that give appropriate service levels.
Working closely with the Group CISO to ensure the APAC region achieves the necessary levels for cyber security, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Working closely with the M&A team and plays a strong role in due diligence, developing the value creation plan, and post-merger integration. Own the technology benefits case of each deal.
Own and continually optimise the APAC Technology budget.
Make an active contribution as part of the global Commercial Leadership Team
Ensure the APAC region remains compliant with all Inchcape policies, standards, and controls.
Build an efficient and effective IT function in the region across all markets. Lead and develop the required technical skills in the regional Technology team.
