The Pre‑Delivery Inspection(PDI) Executive, is required to assist the PDI manager in leading the team of technicians and supervisors in managing the day-to-day PDI operations, vehicle parking management to ensure a smooth workflow and meet targets sets.

What you’ll do
- Lead and motivate a team of technicians and supervisors to achieve monthly production and delivery targets
- Responsible for day-to-day workshop safety and in the coaching and briefing of the team
- Ensure contractors are compliant with the agreed service standards
- To assist with preparation & submission of daily / monthly reports to internal departments and to the Principal.
- To ensure high quality and well-prepared vehicles and deliveries are maintained at all time
- Preparation of Dealer Field Reports(DFRs) for submission to Technical Department as when the need arises
- Assisting in administrative matters pertaining to issuance of workshop Purchase Orders, Delivery orders and invoices in COUPA or manually
- Monitoring and ensuring workshop expenses are controlled and within limits
- Assisting in all EHS related activities of the company
- To coordinate with back-end PDI staff and contractors, as well as internal department on job flow & job instructions to ensure smooth day to day operations
- To assist and facilitate Principal driven audits and activities (PPO)
- To monitor, follow-up and resolve customer feedback and complaints
- To lead a team of delivery consultants to ensure smooth delivery and customers satisfactory.
About you
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline; relevant experience may be considered
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in PDI, workshop operations, automotive operations, or a related environment
- Able to lead, supervise, or support a team (technicians, contractors, or support staff)
- Managing day‑to‑day operations of a delivery centre, including supervising delivery consultants to ensure smooth vehicle handovers and customer satisfaction
- Strong awareness of workplace safety and EHS requirements, with the ability to coach teams on safe practices
- Experience coordinating with contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations
- Exposure to administrative tasks such as reports, purchase orders, delivery orders, invoices, or similar documentation
- Able to monitor workshop expenses and support basic cost control activities
- Experience handling customer feedback or complaints and supporting issue resolution is an advantage
- Good communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills in a fast‑paced operational environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with procurement or workshop systems (e.g. COUPA) is an advantage
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is mandatory
