The Role
The incumbent will be part of the Product and Pricing Strategy team that strives to create and deliver customized strategies and solutions which translate to business level goals into actionable initiatives to meet overall business objectives and organization growth.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze market conditions, competitive dynamics, and emerging industry trends Compile industry segment share reports and update competitor pricing
- Partner and establish strong working relationship with existing and new OEM partners on new car matters
- Develop and execute training curriculum for sales and marketing team
- Conduct research on latest product trends, knowledge, business flow, sales process and market dynamics
- Collaborate closely with our Brand Marketing Teams to obtain and understand the latest consumer trends and demands to support Product Strategy
- Support the development of marketing collaterals, advertising assets, and execution of brand activations such as Motorshows and promotional events
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned to support team and business needs
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Degree in Business, Marketing or relevant specialization
- Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-moving or automotive environment
- Proficient in MS Office, preferably in MS Excel functions (e.g. VBA/PivotTables)
- Someone who has a growth and critical thinking mindset
- Someone with strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work as a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Effective self-starter who excels in a lean and fast-paced organization
