Senior Executive, Sales Planning & Production

Overview

 

  • Play a key role in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by working with the multi-functional teams: namely Sales, Marketing, Finance, Accessories and Distribution teams
  • Ensure tight alignment in demand forecasts which will drive the inventory & production plans as well as the financial plans.


Key Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and maintain demand forecasting plans based on promotions, new launches, competitive activities, macro market trends, customers’ delivery plans and inventory levels.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure robust process is in place to facilitate the development of 18-month forecasts by brand and model variant
  • Analyze demand patterns and trends to identify opportunities and optimize inventory levels.
  • Reconcile supply plan to demand plan to mitigate shortfalls and excess stocks situations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with key stakeholders to manage supply lead times, order quantities and delivery schedules.
  • Analyse and highlight business risk and opportunity to stakeholders and jointly propose appropriate mitigation plans
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in demand & supply planning processes and systems.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • University Degree and ideally possess at least 3 years' experience in demand and supply planning.
  • Strong analytical skills and sound judgement to drive for excellence.
  • Able to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Adaptable to undertake new projects or new brands portfolio .
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to interface with internal and external stakeholders.

WORK SCHEDULE 

  

Hybrid – 2days work from home, depending on the operations requirement and align with department manager accordingly.
