Our People team is seeking a Manager, People Business Partner to drive a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle. With care and empathy at the core, this role will focus on developing efficient processes, systems, and programs that support and enhance our people journey.
What you will do:
- Serve as the key strategic business partner to the Aftersales Director, shaping the people strategy and driving execution to support business priorities
- Partner with TA team to define the role and sourcing channels, attract top talents to join the organization
- Drive workforce transformation, upskilling & capability building initiatives
- Support talent roadmap, succession planning, strengthen internal talent pipelines
- Handle union matters and collective agreement negotiation; grievance cases & employee relations issues
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s labour legislation, Tripartite Guidelines, and established IR practices
- Manage the end-to-end employee journey, from onboarding, probation review, performance review and offboarding
- Guide business on workforce planning, participate on the annual people budget forecast
- Guide managers in usage of performance review, salary review, bonus and promotion, ensure to be in line with the group’s methodologies
- Partner with business on all people matters, act as internal HR advisor to provide pragmatic HR solutions
- Work with the leadership team to plan and implement employee engagement activities locally
- Undertake any other ad-hoc initiatives
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Someone with at least 10 years of HR, preferably with experience handling unionised workforce
- Experience in end-to-end employee life cycle management is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment regulations & experienced in managing union matters
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
