Our New Car Sales Team is seeking an Senior Manager, Suzuki to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

 

What you’ll do

  • You will be reporting directly to the General Manager of the retail sales team, responsible for optimizing existing sales processes, practices, and policies for internal customer satisfaction and employee productivity.
  • Support sales managers on registration and delivery of vehicles, including COE submissions and allocations.
  • Management and stock allocation to sales consultants according to delivery commitment.
  • Tabulation of sales incentive and consolidation of sales performance reports.
  • Ensure lean and sufficient display of fleet vehicles for the showroom and offsite activations such as roadshows and promotional campaigns.
  • Maintain showroom standards including display vehicles and promotional collaterals.
  • Support any sales and marketing activations including roadshows and promotional campaigns.
  • Train new employees on respective systems and sales processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and implement new sales and customer-related processes.
  • Ensuring the internal sales process is aligned with the policy of the company.
  • Other adhoc tasks and assignments as assigned.

 

About you

  • Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of Sales & People Management role.
  • Possess leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage the sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Positive approach towards problem solving.
  • Proactive, engaging, goal focused, dependability, strong leadership, accountability.
  • A team player who takes ownership of his/her actions and anticipate the future in order to lead the teams to meet company’s objectives.
