Senior Manager, Suzuki Sales

Job Responsibilities

 

  • You will be reporting directly to General Manager, Suzuki and Vehicle Lifecycle Service, responsible for the strategy, planning and sales performance for the franchise.
  • Formulate business objectives and operational plans, sales strategies for retail sales (B2C) and fleet sales (B2B) vehicle, and operating budgets to achieve business targets in accordance with both Company’s, as well as our OEM partner’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for retail vehicles, including production planning and projection with P&L responsibility.
  • Strategize pricing and promotion planning to ensure achievement of the annual operation plan, both top-line and bottom-line targets. Achieving operational success against other strategic KPIs is required, such as Financing and Insurance penetration rate and Trade-in penetration rate.
  • Develop and maintain strong relations with our OEM partner, Suzuki.
  • Drive franchise performance through strong influence and engagement of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Involve in the homologation process overseeing end to end planning and process
  • Preparation and presentation of quarterly and monthly sales reports to stakeholders
  • Oversee the showroom operations, ensure that sales showroom, processes, operations are maintained at optimal and compliant level
  • You will also be assigned functional related ad hoc projects and duties from time to time, and you will collaborate with inter-depts to ensure targets / objectives are met.

 

Job requirements

 

  • Degree qualification in any discipline
  • Proven track record of leadership and managerial skills while providing exceptional customer service is required
  • Few years of Sales & People Management experience
  • Possess leadership skills to lead, motivate and manage the sales team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Positive approach towards problem solving
  • Experienced in Presentation with PowerPoint and Excel is required
  • Proactive, engaging, goal focused, dependability, strong leadership, accountability
  • A team player who takes ownership of his/her actions and anticipate the future in order to lead the teams to meet company’s objectives
