Job Responsibilities

Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customer’s needs and accurate repair order preparation.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness through the proper use of vehicle protection materials (seat covers, floor mats etc.)

Provide clear explanation of work to be carried out and its cost estimates and keep customers informed of progress.

Monitor the work progress and keep customers informed of changes to cost or completion time.

Create clear precise invoices that show and itemize all parts, labour etc. & charges.

Actively promote the services, promotions, upsell and benefits of the service and parts department to all customers

Take all necessary actions to resolve customer complaints in the shortest possible time.

Ensure all customers’ vehicles are cleaned and ready according to the promised completion time.

Carry out the service delivery to the customer with high emphasis on clear job explanation and associated charges.

Conduct post-service follow-ups and keep the Service Executive / Service Manager informed of feedback that requires further follow-up or service recovery.

Undertake ad-hoc initiative assigned.
Job Requirements

At least NITEC in Automotive or relevant field.

Preferably at least 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive industry.

Proficient with MS Office Tools & comfortable with learning and using new systems.

Customer-oriented, positive learning mindset and sales driven.

Possess good customer service skills, conflict management skills, communication skills.
