Our Aftersales Team is seeking a Spray Painter to join our team in Singapore. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward. You will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of vehicles before they leave the work bay and workshop. Working closely with the Workshop Supervisor, you will help maintain workshop standards and compliance with government EH&S requirements, while ensuring all body respray work is completed in accordance with OEM standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Check and ensure the quality of vehicle leaving the work bay (IPQC) and workshop

  • Work with Workshop Supervisor to maintain workshop and gov EH&S requirements

  • Maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness

  • Ensure timely delivery of repair vehicle

  • Ensure all Body respray work is carried out by using OEM standard

About you

  • At least NITEC Certificate in Automotive or Engineering related discipline

  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in automotive industry

  • Possess good technical knowledge, hands-on application, and experience on full spectrum of spray-paint for light vehicles

  • Valid class 3 driving license (added advantage)

  • Good interpersonal skill and organizational skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset, task-focused and comfortable with working in a workshop environment

  • Able to work independently and also a team player
