Our team is seeking a Laagri Dealership Manager to join our team in Estonia. In this position you will provide leadership and direction for the daily operations of the Laagri dealership, drive business growth and profitability, support and develop team performance, build strong customer relationships, and ensure effective financial planning aligned with strategic goals.

 

The Laagri dealership operates:

  • Ford and Mazda Sales
  • Ford, Mazda, BMW and MINI Service
  • Multi-brand Bodyshop covering Inchcape’s brands

 

 

What you’ll do

  • Managing and developing the daily operations of the Laagri dealership, including Sales, Service and Bodyshop, ensuring smooth service delivery and strengthening the position of our brands in the market;
  • Driving the dealership’s growth and development by identifying new opportunities and creating strategies to improve results and profitability;
  • Setting team goals, supporting development, and monitoring performance;
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships while ensuring high-quality service;
  • Preparing and managing budgets and aligning financial planning with strategic objectives.

 

 

About you

Qualities that drive success

  • Previous management experience in a car dealership; experience in Service and Bodyshop is an advantage;
  • A results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and planning skills;
  • The ability to inspire, motivate, and develop performance-driven teams;
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset;
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
