Brand Manager Toyota is a role that involves all processes in the product and marketing strategy development and implementation, following the respective OEM guidelines. You will have the opportunity to experience working for the most valuable automotive brand in the world, to follow KAIZEN philosophy and to grow along with your brands.

 

JOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build Toyota models line-up marketing strategy according to the general business strategy and goals of the company
  • Responsible for the entrusted models’ product strategy, relevant to market and Clients’ needs
  • Develop, implement and execute annual brand plans
  • Product planning and forecasting (product specification, pricing and positioning)
  • Develop product pricing strategy, competitive monitoring and reporting
  • Marketing investment control and reporting
  • Brand communication (creative and media management through external agency);
  • Lead generation: Conceptualize, develop, implement, and manage digital lead-generation campaigns
  • Competitive monitoring and reporting
  • Close collaboration with Business Performance team & Retail network
  • Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure consistency in brand-related decisions
  • Full Dealer Network support on product information and product trainings
  • Contribute proactively to the sales team’s motivation for successful achievement of the sales plans
  • PR & Events management support

 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Minimum 4 years of product management experience in a multinational company
  • University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters and these should be
  • dealt with appropriately.
  • Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people of all levels within the business
  • Understands associated risks and implications and exercises good judgement and confidence in taking
  • action
  • Experience in managing digital lead-generation campaigns
  • Good balance of strong individuality and team playing capabilities
  • Passion for cars and cutting-edge technology
  • Creative thinking skills, able to solve problems with innovative approach
  • Multitasking skills, able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Ability to deliver on pre-set KPIs with little supervision
  • Action oriented with a proven ability to achieve results
  • Very good communication and presentation skills
  • Openminded and eager to learn
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English language

  • Drive strategic business growth by advising and supporting leadership on plans and
  • initiatives.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders including business
  • leaders, partners, and group functions.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support local business success.
  • Oversee cash flow, working capital, and investments in line with Group standards
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance and robust
  • governance across the business.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and
  • growth.
  • Partner with external providers and internal teams to ensure smooth and compliant
  • financial operations.
  • Contribute to transformation projects and play a key role in regional leadership
  • and strategic initiatives
