Our Finance department is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist to join our team in Jakarta. 

What you'll do: 

•    Coordinate all procurement activities in his/her sub-domain (e.g. IT, Logistic, Construction Services etc)
•    Responsible and accountable for the quality and timely process for purchase contracts
•    Lead high volume contract negotiations with suppliers and alignment with cross function
•    Ensure proper procurement process to be complied with valid Procurement Guidelines
•    Responsible for the assurance of the full compliance of Corporate Integrity Code/ Code of Conduct and Anti-Bribery Policy

About you:

•    Bachelor’s Degree from any related Major, Baster’s degree is desirable
•    Advanced MS Office Knowledge
•    Advanced SAP knowledge (Material Management)
•    Minimum 2 years in Procurement
•    Advance communication in English (both oral & written)
