Are you passionate about cars and eager to learn the ins and outs of the automotive industry? Begin your journey as a Apprentice Parts Interpreter Year 1 and develop the skills to become an expert in automotive parts and customer service.

This is a full-time role based in Artarmon. You will be working alongside experienced team members to develop your skills in automotive parts interpretation, ordering, and customer service.

What you'll be doing

• Learning to identify and locate automotive parts and accessories
• Assisting with processing customer orders and inquiries
• Organising and maintaining the parts inventory
• Delivering parts to the workshop and customers as needed
• Developing your product knowledge and technical skills
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients

What we're looking for

• A strong interest in the automotive industry and a willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality customer service
• A valid driver's licence
