Our Subaru Aftersales team is seeking an Apprentice Technician Year 1 to join our team in Artarmon, Sydney. In this position you will collaborate with a dynamic, diverse team to deliver exceptional service and repairs, bringing your expertise and passion for quality to drive your career forward.

What you'll do

·         Ensure the Workshop always remains clean and tidy, including emptying bins, oil pans, mopping and cleaning floors etc

·         Move customer vehicle in and out of the workshop as directed by the Workshop Controller.

·         Learn and understand manufacturer guidelines for service

·         Attend and actively participate in training as required through respective Training body, ensuring you turn up on time and complete all required training and course work.

·         Perform road tests and quality checks to confirm high-standard work.

·         Keep detailed and accurate service records of all completed tasks.

·         Drop off and pick up customers as required and requested by the Service Advisors.

About you

To be successful in this role you will be:

·         Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and results.

·         Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

·         A proactive problem solver with a strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex issue.

·         Holding a valid driver's license.
