To compliment this vision, we are seeking dynamic Customer Experience Specialists to be part of our family and join our Online Sales team located at Greytanes.
 

What's the opportunity?
 

The Customer Experience Specialist - Online Sales, will join our existing close knit, successful presales team who assist our potential Customers by actioning "online" enquires regarding the sale of their vehicle. 
The role will see you:
 

  • Answer inbound calls/make outbound calls in a consistent and professional manner
  • Pre-qualifying all leads to ensure first time right practice
  • Arranging appointments for our Customer Experience Specialist - In store
  • Actioning all customer enquiries in a timely manner adhering to service levels.
  • Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to set standards and instructions in entering customer information.
  • Working with integrity when it comes to securing customer information in our CRM.
