To support our Dealerships and compliment this vision, we are seeking dynamic Customer Experience Specialists to join our Sales team at our Centre of Excellence, located at Greystanes.

 

The role:

 

The Customer Experience Specialist, is responsible for all customer enquiries. Our Specialists key focus will be on maintaining excellent customer service while delivering a high level of sales success.  The role will see you:

 

  • Pre-qualifying all leads to ensure first time right practice
  • Providing high quality customer service to all customers via phone (inbound/outbound), Live Chat and email
  • Conduct lead generation and sales calls
  • Assist customers with their online vehicle purchase journey, from initial inquiries to final sale.
  • Actioning all customer enquiries in a timely manner adhering to service levels.
  • Maintain current knowledge of assigned brands, products and services to ensure
  • Ensure attention to detail and adherence to set standards and instructions in entering customer information and securing customer information in our CRM.

  • Proven experience in a sales environment – handling outbound and inbound calls
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Awe-inspiring customer service ability
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrates resilience and perseverance to achieve individual and team outcomes
  • Demonstrated proven ability working in a fast paced, fun, agile environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a gregarious team.
  • Exceptional organisation, planning and execution skills
  • Willingness to learn and continually develop
  • Available to work a rotating roster across 7 days.
