Join Trivett, part of the global Inchcape group, and lead our Customer Experience Team as the Customer Experience Manager in creating outstanding customer journeys at our Penrith autobravo dealership.

In this dynamic role, you'll support the Retail Centre Manager by leading, mentoring, and guiding the team to meet performance goals, ensuring seamless customer interactions and a flexible sales process.

 

You will: 

  • Lead, mentor and inspire the Customer Experience Team to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage sales processes, including finance and insurance (F&I).
  • Resolve escalations and manage customer data in Salesforce and DMS.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members.

 

You will have: 

  • Proven experience in customer-facing sales and team leadership.
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Automotive industry and F&I experience (desirable).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce (desirable) and a valid driver’s license.
