About the role

As an instore Customer Experience Specialist, you will embark on a journey to learn, develop, and implement the various functions of this critical role. You’ll coordinate and manage the sales process, ensuring that our customers receive personalised solutions that meet their unique needs. By building positive relationships, actively listening, and showcasing our product offerings, you will help create an exceptional and collaborative sales journey for our customers.

 

Reporting into the Retail Centre Manager, your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

 

  • Gain comprehensive product knowledge and effectively communicate benefits to customers during demonstrations.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing information on vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
  • Manage appointments, test drives, and ensure a smooth delivery/handover experience for customers.
  • Handle customer trade-ins, prepare sales contracts, valuations, and accurately process documentation.
  • Capture and maintain accurate customer information in Salesforce and DMS while following up post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and adhere to safety procedures.
     

About you

To be successful in the role, you will have:

 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role within direct sales.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales process, documentation, and close sales independently.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency in meeting KPI metrics.
  • Expertise in MS Office, digital platforms, multitasking, and organisation; valid driver's license.
  • Prior automotive industry experience, Salesforce familiarity, and commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences with professionalism and integrity.
